I know the trade deadline has passed...but as teams are realizing they are out of the race, they are unloading high priced older players. Like COL did w/ Larry Walker.
Are there any more rumors of any other teams who are thinking of unloading some high priced talent to the waiver list??
Specifically any NL/AL swaps??
Have Beltran in a AL/NL league....would love to trade him away for someone instead of just losing him for nothing. Had Nomar too...got Cabrera for him.
Thanks!

Well Beltran wont go through because no way in hell he clears waivers. He doesn't have a monstrous contract like Walker. So keep him. I haven't heard anything else about any other waiver wire deals besides some bad middle relievers and such.

Dodgers might make a move to acquire Kendall. They've got a lot of salary to work with after unloading Kevin Brown, and they could use a legitimate starting Catcher.
Who knows? Stranger things have happened...

Let's just say the Dodgers do make a play at Kendall.
What will this do for his fantasy value? He bats leadoff for the Bucs now. If a player on my fantasy team isn't a HR hitter I prefer him to bat leadoff. Where do you think he'll bat in LA?
