Any SPs who will get the call when rosters expand?

Are there any SPs out there who should get called up when rosters expand that are worth grabbing? Expanded rosters mean fantasy playoff time (and the beginning of fantasy football, but that's for a different place) and we could all use a secret weapon to push us over the edge.

All these guys could just as easily arrive as middle relief (probably better likelihood of than not), but here's ranking from top to bottom:

Jose Capellan (Braves)
Carlos Hernandez (Astros)
Dennis Tankersley/Tim Stauffer (Padres)
Jesse Foppert (Giants).....will want more next year than this
Jeff Francis (Rockies)...awesome in minors this year, but Coors effect brings him down -- most likely to start of this bunch, but wouldn't say he's the most likely to get a Sept. callup.
JD Durbin (Twins)
Felix Diaz (White Sox) ... starting this week
Jon Rauch (Expos)...now up
John Maine (O's)
Rick Ankiel (Cards)...I just wanted to put his name here. He'll be used as a reliever in Sept.
Jason Arnold (Jays)
Denny Bautista (Royals)
Scott Baker (Twins)

I don't think he makes more than one or two relief appearance (at most), but Tampa's Scott Kazmir is as talented as any of the above.
He's strictly a reliever, but should have K/IP+ upon arrival to the bigs:

It depends how deep your league is... but if Kazmir gets any starts this year, I would CERTAINLY grab him. Should be up at some point now that he's the better than any of his clubs MLB pitchers

If Kazmir keeps performing well in Double A, I would defiantly expect him to come up in Sept.

When can we expect to see Blanton? The A's still despretly need solidify their bullpen. I know Blanton is a starter but so was the Duke.

I left out Blanton, but I don't see him up this year unless an injury strikes.

The bullpen help is in the form of Jairo Garcia (whom I mentioned above). He could probably set up in right now and be the A's 2nd best arm out of the pen.

A's are rushing him through the system this year as well (now at AAA, which I believe he started the year at A-ball). I believe he has something like 10 K's in 5 IP at AAA thus far as well.

I don't have his season's stats in front of me, but they are pretty astounding.
