Felix Diaz, major sleeper?

The W-Sox are calling up Felix Diaz to start tomorrow. He was pounded when he got the call earlier this season, allowing 20 ER in 20 IP, but has been absolutely terrific at AAA:

9-2, 2.97 ERA, 109 IP, 91 H, 20 BB, 90 K

Anyone know what his ceiling is? 24 years old.

I have Diaz as one of those prototype Quad A guys. 92-94 on the gun, but it's straight. These guys flourish even at high minor league levels, but just can't get that stuff past big leaguers.
