just got taken out in the first inning with an elbow injury - uh oh

Looked more like he was holding his bicep as opposed to his elbow.

he threw a pitch to thome and grabbed his elbow, he tried throwing a warmup pitch and looked to be in pain

I actually agree...he was definitely grabbing his upper bicep...at least after the failed practice pitch...then he proceeded to cuss a lot.

vin scully just said that preliminary reports say its a strained bicep. hes gonna have an mri. hopefully its just a strain.
