Need help with my team

hey Guys,
I've been getting spanked that last 2 weeks. I thought I had a pretty good team. Please, any opinions will help. Here is my team.
FYI: I am in a head to head league which all players play. I lost the first week 11-2. The league goes a week and adds totals in categories such as era, s/o's, hrs, 2b, 3b, etc...as the week goes on.
Any help would be appreciated!!!

It looks like you have a pretty good team and you are just a victim of a few bad slumps...

I am not too sure about what you mean when you say that all player play? Does that mean that you have both Giambi and Dunn playing 1st base everyday and that you have no bench spots.

If that is true, I might suggest you get rid of Counsell. You might be able to get Royce Clayton who it playing pretty well right now.
