I go to work at like 10:30am and don't get out until 10pm. My pet peeve is having someone in my line-up that is on the bench for the night. Is there any place early in the day where you can check who will be starting and who will be sitting?

Nope.

You usually can't see starting lineups until at least an hour before the game. It's not like managers can predict what is going to happen when they wake up every morning.
