Sheets or Garland

What are the opinions on Garland and Sheets? To me, I think they are equal in ability, but Garland pitches on a much better team. Thus I would rather have Garland, granted as a 5th, 6th or 7th pitcher. If you had to round out your staff, who would you rather have?

I think Sheets is a much better pitcher, so I'd take him.
