Good time to drop it. They're facing TB this week and Detroit this weekend. The BoSox can make up some serious ground if they take advantage of their weak schedule this month. They're playing TB and Detroit 7 times each and Toronto 6 times.

I think to day was a scheduled day-off against the lefty santana, and he'll start serving monday. Although if they're smart they'll call this one of his suspended days and he'd be back earllier.
Forget the man crush. I drop what I'm doing to watch Zack Greinke pitch.

What does a scheduled day off have to do with serving a suspension? It's not like he's not aloud to play if it's scheduled day off. It just means he isn't starting the game. Today is the first day of the suspension...
a little help? in a weekly transaction league I am going to sit Ortiz.
I need to fill 1B, 3B and CI my options are limited; what combination of players should I put in?
Overbay (1B, CI)
Koskie (3B, CI)
Mientkiewicz (1B, CI)
D Bell (3B, CI)
C Blake (1B, 3B, CI)
standard category roto
thanks guys.
Give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day, teach a man to fish and he'll drown because you forgot to teach him to swim.

What I mean to say here is that he probably would not have played today against a nasty lefty like santana. If you say this is the first game of his suspension then it is of course not a day off for him.
You know the situation better than I do considering you started this topic.
