Who will put up better numbers for the remainder of the season?

I've got both of them and I see Newhan doing better. He's on a better offensive ball club

It's a tough call. Out of those two, I'd say Wigginton. Even though Wigginton is going to a weaker offensive team, at least he's going to a better hitter's park. He's a decent player, but far from great. Newhan's still a little bit hot, but I have a feeling when he cools off, those stats will drop in a hurry. Fortunately, he's taken in all my leagues, so the "everytime I pick up a hot player the slump begins" rule will not happen.

I like Newhan better myself. They are both young, but Newhan is in a stronger lineup.

It's close, but for 2004, I'll go w/ Wiggy. He is moving to more of a hitters park (Shea was like the 2nd best PITCHER'S park) and as of late, he's been hitting the ball pretty well.

I liked him as a Met and didn't like to see him go (what Mets fan didn't want Anna Benson in NY? - jk) but he really had to cuz the Mets needed a pitcher and Wright was coming in at 3B.

Newhan has to cool off right? he has of recently actually, and the METS just traded Wiggy, so he has to be great now, I would go with Wigginton if you need some pop, but for avg. stick with newhan.

Newhan will be the textbook example of a "flash in the pan". i'lll take Wiggie even though hes one of the worst defensive 3B... but that doesnt matter tho. he should hit in PNC.

Wiggington, not even close. Newhan is not young--he is a 31 year old journeyman who is not a legitimate big league starter. I will eat a plate of crap if he hits anything better than .250 the rest of the way.
