No, no, no. If you hear "SW wind at 15mph" that means it's blowing FROM the SW TO the NE - the wind orientation is always the direction the wind is blowing FROM.

If you don't believe me, just watch the game so far...

I was just gonna say that. A SW wind is from the SW. Now, the diagram is a little confusing. It says N with an arrow. Is that a north wind coming from the north or is it just saying that the north is at the top??
