its kinda tough to get a certificate of authenticity if you get a ball personally signed thats what kinda sucks so your best bet is buying a ball that has already been signed that comes with a certificate of authenticity at a collectors shop or convention or something

Now that is a fantastic idea.

I've got a card signed by Ivan "Pudge" Rodriguez (not that I'd ever sell it), but just as a little proof, I kept the ticket stub for the show he was at. It shows him as as being there signing memoribilia on the stub.

The picture idea is much better though.

This is not correct.

Depending on where you live, you can submit your baseball to be authenticed by either PSA or Global Authentication at a local show. Let me know where you live and if you want more info, i can forward you to more info and how much it would cost for a proper COA.

Or you could just do what a lot of people do. Unfortunately, they do this with fakes, too. Just print 1 up on your computer. Many do it.
