Benson is only going to be in a better position, I think the Mets will out hit the Bucs the rest of the way and the Park is a BIG plus ;-D
Fantasy sports are ruled by the 50-50-90 rule...

Anytime you have a 50/50 choice between two players, 90% of the time, you'll get it wrong

Yes, it's an upgrade. I just wish he was pitching vs. Atlanta for the whole year!

I like this deal for Kris ..

not only will he be learning from Peterson, think about everything Glavine and Leiter can teach them .. Its a plus plus plus plus ... with the fourth plus bieng Shea ..

Did I mention no more NL Central Ballparks ... 5 pluses.
Dodgers FAIL, Mets FAIL, Canada FAIL.

compare the offensive ability of the NL Central clubs to NL East clubs. then note the diff between Petco and Shea and the NL Central bandboxes to NL East pitching friendly parks. then look at Peterson. methinks his value improves.. but hes not totally overrated imo. the "upside" is there. no one is talking him up to be Jason Schmidt. just a very good ML second/third starter. ;-D
Manny Ramirez....$20 million
Pedro Martinez....$17.5 million
Curt Schilling...$12 million (and a $2 million bonus)
Never hearing a Yankee fan chant 1918 again...priceless.
