IMO, this is a horrible move for the Sox. Cliff Floyd (as some of you know) is not one of my favorite players. His stats show that he is severely overpaid, overrated, an injury risk, and has rapidly diminishing skills. The Sox had bad luck this year. Their two best hitters got hurt. Cliff Floyd cannot wear one of Big Hurt'S (2004 version) or Mags's jocks, let alone carry the load for BOTH of them. The Sox have already given up the farm. They shouldn't let bad luck force them to give up what few crops remain. With Carl Everett possibly on the shelf , and the impossibility of he and Cliff Floyd actually carrying this team with Carlos Lee, it appears the Sox are done for this year. All this trade will accomplish is that they further deplete a weakened farm system.

How do you spell "biased?"
