I give Lew Ford.
I get Garrett Anderson.
No collusion, and I thought I was taking a risk.
Help! Sry...
How can I explain it to them?

I don't even know which side your opponents think is getting the better deal. I like the Ford side, myself. But CERTAINLY not vetoable.
Blessed are the cheesemakers.

Of course GA's SUPPOSED to be better. But pre-season rankings aren't worth much in August and September. He was dropped in two of my leagues, a 10 team and a 9 team. He has what must be considered 'significant' health concerns and hasn't produced even when in the lineup. BA alone isn't cutting it.
Have you both pleaded your case to the league? I have found often that once both sides justify their positions, others in the league tend to back off of the veto.
Blessed are the cheesemakers.

Definately not vetoable.
I'd rather have Ford myself. If they do veto it, then don't be too sad.

Multiple vetos? If they were like the case you presented involving GA, I would seriously wonder about the other owners and would not continue next year. Sounds worse than some of the nonsense found in public leagues.
