He's sitting on my waiver wire right now and as long as he's still a Sox I won't take the chance but if he moves to SD, with Petco and a new league of hitters who haven't seen him, he could at least give me small production going down the stretch right?

Lowe's value could go upward. Going to the NL alone should help, because facing the 8th place hitter and the pitcher in that league equals two automatic outs in most cases. In the AL, that's hardly the case. Also, most NL West teams have far less the offensive firepower most AL East teans do. He could post a mid 4s ERA if dealt to the Pads.
