there aint really that much cards that u dont wanna go after but i would say dont go after rookie cards of nowaday players that aint superstars (ex. Sean Casey, Wade Miller, Juan Pierre, Preston Wilson, etc.)

If only we knew the answer to that question...

Personally, I'm a bit wary of individually numbered (non-rookie) cards. With so many numbered issues and parallels these days, they might not have quite so much appeal a few years down the road.

But who knows, I may well be wrong.
