Just the opposite for me. I want the Red Sox to get him and still lose to the Yankees with Pedro, RJ and Schilling. Unfortunately that won't happen.

Occasionally, the Baseball Gods bless us when players are traded. Other times, the Baseball Gods crap on us when players get traded. Then, there are the times players interfer with the Baseball Gods and demand trades in time to make their next start in theIR pretty new uniforms. Hopefully, the transaction will occur in time for RJ to make his next start............
for the Tucson Sidewinders.

I don't think Randy thinks he's bigger than the game. He has a no trade clause so he's entitled to use it. The only place he wants to go is New York and if the D'Backs can't make a deal, then he has to suck it up and stay in Arizona. He just wants to go to a team with a great chance to win, but he can't force anyone to do anything, just like nobody can force him to go anywhere.
Johnson's agent has told Gariagiola that if Johnson doesn't get traded, then he'll be angry and could disrupt the clubhouse...what a freakin putz. Plus the fact that he ONLY WANTS to get traded to the Yankees, and has ruled out all other teams. He is really showing hi strue colors, and truth be told, I would despise him even if he agreed to come to Boston now...
Randy Johnson...you get the weiner whiner award for the week...
And this just in from msnbc.com
With this attitude, why
would Yanks want RJ?
Outlandish, unreasonable trade demands make Johnson appear selfish, unworthy
If Randy Johnson wants to make all sorts of trade demands on the Diamondbacks, making him appear to be a prima donna, NBCSports.com's Michael Ventre wonders why the Yankees would want to add that kind of cancer to their clubhouse.

Why do I have this feeling that you would feel differently if RJ demanded a trade and only wanted to go to Boston?
i dont mind if a player invokes his no trade clause but its quite a different matter to demand a trade to a specific team and threaten to be a disruption if it does not happen. there has been so much b.s. going around that i dont know if unit actually said that but if he did he is a low class bum.
