Does anyone know if or when will David Ortiz serve his 5 game suspension? Is he worth starting this week (being that Boston don't play on Thursday)

I'd say he's a safe start as he appealed his suspension and Kerry Wood still has a suspension to serve from May meaning it'll be awhile until MLB hears his appeal.

He got a 5 game suspension, but then he appealed it to MLB and he will probably serve it pretty soon. There was no way he would serve it against the Yankees.
