Prior hasn't really self-destructed, he's probly still readjusting, 8 starts isn't that many. I agree with most of your list though ...or should I say,
Kind of difficult to agree with some of those like Wells. He was injured for a big part of the 1st half. Before his injury he was doing well. You can't be down on him now for not hitting the ball great. He is basically going through another spring training.
Some of these are more of reaches than yours...I'm extending to some other disappointments. You hit most of the big ones, though I disagree with some whom I didn't like in the first place (notably A. Jones).
Zito
Soriano
Chavez (when he got hurt of course, but you can't really change that)
S. Green
Halladay
Foulke (save opps)
Loaiza (though I didn't expect much)
Dotel (for those who expected an elite closer)
Moyer
Millwood
Morris
UUU and Percy haven't been as good as expected.
Well, there have been many injuries this year. That doesn't mean the players are bad, necessarily, or have flopped, but just got hurt instead...
And you forgot one of the biggest ones...Fatolo!

I added the injured players to my list because they are DISSAPOINTMENTS...TO ME...I know it's not their fault but the injured players have killed my team as much as the underachievers...
And to comment on Baldelli...Yea his numbers are similar to last year but baseball players need to GROW as players and in his second year he should have shown a hell of a lot more than he has...I mean 9 HRs?????Very dissapointing in my opinion...And 12 less stolen bases...Damn that is all he is really valuable for and if he is stealing less.....then he has no value
Warrick added a lot more...his list just shows you that combined with mine that baseball might be undergoing a transformation...A lot of the past stars may be in their last days and the young stars are emerging and will dominate the last half of the decade....
Players like Oliver Perez, Brad Penny, Jason Schmidt, David Ortiz, Scott Rolen, Carl Crawford, Jake Peavy, Ben Sheets, these guys are the future now....So I'm just getting ready for next year because my season is over
