BTW, off-topic: Juan Uribe. Is he heating up again?
I just picked up JG to take the place of Maggs. I could use the boost in speed. Ironically enough, I was just talking about how I wanted to get rid of one of my OFers, because I'm pretty stacked at that position with Beltran, Giles and Edmonds.
This isn't what I meant when I said "get rid of."

Out of pure frustration I'm considering cutting him. But then I look on FA and the best player out there is probably worse than a hurt Maggs. I'm gonna hang onto him for a few weeks and see if he makes some progress. The sad thing is, is that last week I was offered Chavez for him but since I had M.Cabrera at 3B I turned it down. Only good thing is that I'm still in the hunt for the final playoff spot even with some big time injuries to Hudson, Maggs, Prior, Wells, Mora and others.. the list can go on and on for me. Can't wait till this fantasy season is over almost lol. No more headaches about how I'm gonna fill in my roster due to all sorts of injuries.
Once again, pomplona's finest, your visuals impress me. My hat is off to you, sir, for having at the same time the best avatar and the best signature in the cafe!
Oh, and, err... sucks that maggs is hurt.

I'll stash him in my DL spot because there's no one else worth putting there right now. But I would be surprised if he plays more than a couple weeks in September, and that's ONLY if the Chisox are still in it.
I know one thing is for sure.. this is gonna drive his value down come this offseason. It scared alot of teams away from Vlad even after he came back for a couple of weeks. I'd say if he misses the rest of the season he'll be getting a few mill short of what he coulda gotten.
