Can anyone push me in the direction of some top prospect lists that factor in the first half 2004?

This list is from Baseball America. It's a revised Top 25 list. Only players in the minor leagues on June 30 were eligible. Hope this helps a little.

The owners in my keeper league are not high on pitching prospects. I have had my eye on Felix Hernandez for about a year now. He was a free agent when I checked today . Not anymore .
