i forget, does yahoo double check if you want to make a trade, i.e. if you click 'accept' or 'reject' is that it? or does another screen get brought up?
Give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day, teach a man to fish and he'll drown because you forgot to teach him to swim.

I admit that I did it in my first Yahoo league last year. Dumb mistake. But, it is easier to hit the wrong button than it should be. And, no, there is no extra "Are you certain you didn't accidently hit the wrong button, stupid?" screen

there is no added pages for verifying the trade, once you click Accept, it's accepted. Same with Reject.
I just saw that now when I rejected an offer. I don't see how it's much of a problem, though. Depending on the variables, I might allow it to be reversed if the complaint was made immediately after the mistake. If he waited, he loses.
yeah, it is understandable to mistakingly accept or decline a trade on yahoo. tho that has never happened to me, there have been a few times where i have out of carelessness ALMOST hit the wrong button.

That's what I've almost done a couple of times. It seems it would behoove them to simply make those buttons images instead of real cgi buttons. Then they could color them green and red and make them check marks or a big ol' X.
Before the season I made the mistake of pressing accept instead. This was on yahoo in a league with friends and without money. I immediately posted after I accepted but the trade was not reversed. By the way in the trade I gave up Crawford for Winn <img src=/forums/images/smiles/kiss.gif> . I eventually traded back for Crawford but my point is that a simple mistaken press of a button can have a very strong effect on one's season. You should respect his word that he accepted it by mistake, some may argue that strict order must be maintained to run a league, but this is what takes the fun and frivolousness out of fantasy baseball.
