What is it the heat? Can the guy not stand the August temperatures? Is that why his 2nd half fall off?

You have to realize the guy had hardly a 1st half. Guys have worse 2nd halves because of they get tired of playing everyday and of injuries that they play through. There is no reason that he doesn't start heating up and play like a typical 1st half.

Who's more likely to be dealt L.Walker or PDub (how did he get that nickname?). Is it likely both get dealt? L.Walker is better if both are healthy but how's PDub knee. Have Walker and I'm trying to sell high.

In Preston's case last year, he significantly overachieved the first half resulting in making the second half look even worse. Remember that he was only a career .260 something hitter before going to Coors.

Here in Denver all I hear about these two is Walker is on the block, with teams such as the Red Sox interested. I have heard nothing about P-Dub the past couple of weeks. I think the Rockies would love do deal Larry but I don't think Preston goes anywhere.

That's slightly reassuring to hear.
