Walker is my top out fielder, should I be worried that his start is an indication that the years are catching up to him or will he put up his usually high stats. Is he traditionally a slow starter?

Well, he has been a very consistent hitter the last several years. He has hit over .300 every year since 1997. The one thing to be concerned with would be his injury history. If Walker is healthy, I have no doubt that he will hit .300-30-100. He is especially helped by playing in Coors.
He is hitting .238 right now. That is a bit slow but nothing to worry about. Within a month, that should be up around .300.

To me, when studs start out like this, it means enjoy the ride, because you know he will come close to his career averages. Walker is no different, except for SB's.
You don't need a quadraphonic Blaupunkt, what you need is a curveball!....

Larry Walker + Coors Field = No worries. Well, maybe except for injuries.
