I am close to trading for him, and just wanted to get a sense of to what extent his triceps and other injury problems are behind him. How great is the injury risk for the rest of the season?

You scared the living daylight out of me.
When I first read the headline I thought it said "Wood out for the rest of the year". But then I read it a second time and was relieved that I could agree with you.....

Well, the cubs spotted Rusch 8 runs by the 3rd inning today, so they could score without a problem. I just traded edmonds and dunn for Wood and couldn't be happier!!
