Well I'm at 108 in one Yahoo league. I would probably be higher if I paid any attention to it.

it would also help to know how many inactive teams there are in your leagues, how many teams did player dumps and how many of their players you snagged up.
Give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day, teach a man to fish and he'll drown because you forgot to teach him to swim.

i am thinking i can still gain a few morepoints since my pitching limit is about 60innings under right now, due to injuries(prior and wood) and some early struggles with contreras and harden...and i only have 7 of a possible 12 points in steals....
one key trade made my team so strong after the draft i traded arod, mussina and giambi for vlad, schilling, blalock and kolb....the guy was a big time yankee fan and i think i raked him over pretty well with that trade....the funny thing is the guy i dropped when i added kolb in the trade was ben sheets
Right now I'm at 109.5/120, my high point of the season (been bouncing between 101 and 109.5). 12 team yahoo public ML league. Funny thing is that I played about 40 games without a SS and I'm still winning EVERY offensive category (60 points).
Good moves I've made have been to get Lidge and Alex Sanchez off FA (plus Takatsu, Frazor and "new" closers), plus someone dropped Abreu RIGHT before he went on his tear (I had #1 waiver pick because I drafted last). No one else has dropped anyone of significance, which makes me proud of this team. I've only made one trade, which was:
I give: J. Dye and D. Lee
I get: Thome and Clement
(this was when Thome had 1 hr and after Dye had hit homers in 3 straight nights...)

DL: K. Brown (dl)
Basically as you can see... I didn't draft heavy on pitching. Rounds 1-6 were spent on hitters, and my pitching staff is anchored mostly by Clement, Perez, Brown and Miller (when the last 3 are healthy). To get wins, I do a lot of spot-starting. Webb has been a big disappointment, but I've gotten a big boost from Perez's performance.
My point breakdown is 60 offense, 49.5 pitching (lacking mostly in W's)[/b][/u]
My best league currently stands at 117, auto draft left me with tons of pitching with very little hitting, so had to do lots of waiver pickups and odd-number trades to upgrade starting positions using bench depth. Of all the years that I've played, this is by far the best team I've been able to assemble, largely due to the fact that auto-draft put me in a league with managers who likes to trade.
