Hello,

I'm currently 2nd in a 4x4 10 team league. Was wondering if you thought it would be good for me to pickup Mike Remlinger and drop someone like Padilla and Ohka
Rankings:
2nd - ERA: 3.50
2nd - Wins: 60
2nd - K: 691
6th - Saves 56

Here's my pitching lineup:

Padilla, Vicente PHI P
Ohka, Tom MON P
Lieber, Jon CHC P
Halladay, Roy TOR P
Julio, Jorge BAL P
Wickman, Bob CLE P
Urbina BOS P
Prior, Mark CHC P
Johnson, Randy ARI P

Depends on how many innings you have left to fill. Remlinger is excellent, but keep in mind that if there is a work stoppage, you should use as many innings as you can before play stops.

Number of innings do not matter in my league.

The only thing that does is:

ERA
Wins
K's
Saves

Is Remlinger still a good pickup even though he's a middle reliever? If so, who should I drop?

Also, what do you think about the trade Larry Walker for Randy Johnson?

If there's no limit on innings pitched, you're probably better off sticking with the starters you have, or even rotating free agent starters in and out to maximize your games pitched.

And in the trade you mention, I'd rather have the Big Unit. Elite starting pitchers are rarer than great outfielders.

while Remlinger is good , he has too much exposure. You are better off going with aguy like Dotel or Latroy Hawkins who are quietly doing a nice job in middle relief.
