Who was the opening day SS for the Red Sox in '86?(Do I have to know the answer?...I've been trying to find this out for the past 2 days..... !+)

I think Glenn Hoffman started the year as the SS,

But an ankle sprain in the second game of the 1986 season, combined with a mild cardiac problem discovered later in the year, prevented Hoffman from making any meaningful contribution to the Red Sox' thrilling pennant run.
