I like Armas best as well but if you're just looking for short term help, this might not be the best time to start him. Supposedly the ballpark in San Juan is real small, so Expo starters might give up some extra runs while they're down there.

Danny Graves isn't going to make it. The other three would make a good 5th starter or spot starter.

Damian Moss is my pick. He's a good pitcher who moved to a cavernous ballpark. His final numbers will be better than people think.

Lidle gets you some nice K's. He's first in the AL in K's and 4th overall. However, he gives up too many earned runs. I do agree, he is a good sleeper pick.

Moss is notorious for walks. If you guys count WHIP or K/BB or another walk-significant stat...Moss will hurt you.

I like Tony Armas Jr. However, look at his career stats. He's never pitched a full season with an ERA under 4.00. His career split stats indicate he struggles after the All-Star Break. Don't forget he plays half of his home games at the field in Puerto Rico (very easy to hit homeruns).

Graves is just...ack! :-P

I'd rank them in this order (top being the best)

Cory Lidle
Damian Moss
Tony Armas Jr.
Danny Graves
