Start Ortiz THurs in Puerto Rico?

I am wondering whether people think that it's advisable to let Russ Ortiz start on Thursday in San Juan. I realize that it was considered that the park there would be a big time hitter's paradise, but the four games there so far have not proven to be slugfests. Cone was the only starter to get shelled there, and the games have been relatively low scoring, including a 2-1 extra inning game.
