hmmm, i know he had the same injury & came back LIGHTS OUT down the stretch last year, but what do you guys think, I looked at his game log & he wasnt that great before the injury to tell ya the truth.

He still has trade value in my league, & my staff is decent already.

anyone else have high hopes for Beckett when & if he returns ?

I have high hopes, but that's because I traded for him right before he went on the DL with blisters, got one start out of him and then he went right back on the DL, so yeah, I'm hoping it wasn't a waste.

I wouldnt be so optimistic toward Beckett's performance for the rest of the year. Injuries have hampered him greatly and prevented him from becoming the very talented pitcher he should be.
