I think he is eligible to come off on the 24th but this news isnt very encouraging:

Mike Mussina probably won't test his right elbow with a bullpen session until next weekend in Boston.
Not good news for the Yankees, or Mussina fantasy owners. If his elbow trouble continues to linger, expect the Yankees to deal for one if not two starters in the next couple of weeks.
