bucky jacobson just went deep again in Seattle, thats two in two days along with another RBI single this afternoon.
YOu should see this guy he is a monster of a man. Could be the start of something ni Seattle. Might be a great pick up in a keeper league he is supposed to take over for edgar at DH next year.[/img]

yeah, he just walked on 4 pitches. guys are already afraid to throw this guys fastballs. obviously he won't hit .700 the rest of the year, but he could be some very nice production coming off waivers.
I love your avatar by the way BG, I was at that game, easily the best catch I've ever seen.

wish Yahoo would get him added....got a couple leagues where I could find room for him, at least for a while to find out if he's going to hit major league pitching after the first week.....I'll play him in front of Giambi....if I don't drop his a$$
Blessed are the cheesemakers.

no one here's touting him as a prospect, he's just a big beefy guy who took his time getting out of the minors, probably for lack of discipline.

i dont know if i would say he's the next big prospect. But he might put up some useful numbers for the rest of the year. And is definelty something to watch in the near future.

haha ok well no one except that guy. Bucky is 28, which I agree is too old to be labeled as a propect, but however is not too old to be written off as a source of productivity for the next couple years.
