In Detroit if and when Urbina gets traded? Jamie Walker, Esteban Yan or German gets another chance? Danny Patterson is still on the DL. Where do you think Urbina will end up? And will he still be a closer or setup man?

My guess is Jamie Walker since Patterson is on the DL. Not too sure though, I dont catch many Detroit games...

It'll probably be Danny Patterson until German is ready because Patterson is about to come off. I think Urbina ends up in Frisco where he becomes the closer.

Esteban Yan could probably do it too, since he already has experience in the closer role from his days in Tampa Bay........

The three of us did an excellent job analyzing this didn't we?. Each of us pretty much said all the closers that Surfs Up said could do it. I'm more confused then when he posted the question, but that should actually speak volumes to the future situation in Detroit.

And that is, that it is basically anyone's guess.

Hey at least you tried. Thats what i like about this site. many different opinions. I am just trying to get the jump on my fellow league mates. I have Urbina now but would like to have his sucesser.I also have german on my bench. Patterson is taken but I guess I could put in a faab for Yan and Walker. I would have two out of three chances . Thanks for trying. ;-D

The word around here in Detroit is if they win the current series with the Yankees, Urbina is staying. If they win tonight, thier only 2 games out of the division. If thier still in it they wont want to give up thier only solid arm in the pen.
