Trevor Hoffman? Add him or forget him?

My team is very weak in the Saves Department, I have Escobar, Alfonseca, i just grabed Carter and I have Acevedo for like another week.

Hoffman is on the waiver wire and I was just Wondering if Hoffman would be worth it to grab and keep on a DL spot till he returns?

What kind of numbers do you think he will get this year?

And does anyone know any recent news on him? Last I heard he was placed on the 60-day DL and is expected to return in July.

Forget about Hoffman. He probably isnt coming back this year.

Just FYI alfonseca will not help you get saves Joe Borowski will.

Try pick him up instead.

Oh and if you have DL spots that you can stash players pick up Hoffman he should return and bring some saves with him but at the same time do not expect the old Hoffman for this year.

So you could drop Alfonseca to pick up Hoffman put him in a DL spot and then pick up Borowski with the free spot. That's how it would work in my league anyways.

Just my thought.
