Rate My Team-- AAA Bangers Line-up Advice Sought

Maybe you can get me some strategy?

5x5 League, Season Totals
Line-up:
C- Mayne (recent waiver pick up)
1B- Delgado
2B- Soriano
SS- Garciaparra
3B- Ventura
OF- J. Gonzalez, H. Matsui, J. Dye, K. Garcia (benched for injury)
UTL- E. Martinez
SP- Wood, Mulder, Lilly, plus I possibly waived Radke for Pineiro
MR- J. Santana, K-Rod
Closers-- Foulke, Mantei, DeJean, Villaferte, T. Hoffman-DL
might have Cameron, OF from Waivers

Lots of catchers to choose from. Any advice?

So far, zero SB-- that's season to date! I tried to trade Ventura for for Hinske or Koskie, but no luck. I tried to get Hunter, since he's slumping, but no luck.

If I get Cameron, would you play him?

I've been trying to unload Ventura, but given he bats next to Matsui, this just might be his year?

Currently, team is a distant 2nd place.

I can probably win 2nd with zero SB ALL season.

Would you stand pat or retool? Any strategies?

Any trades you would recommend? An outfielder for someone? Or try for a block-buster, Soriano for Pujols/B. Boone, or something like that?

Mayne should be a decent pick up. Who else is out there?

Soriano will get you quite a few steals by himself, but a speed-only player might help. A Dave Roberts type might help.

I'd probably keep Cameron on the bench for now and hope he heats up.

Ventura might improve a little bit, but don't expect miracles...

If you're in second without a single steal, you should be in great shape once Soriano and Co. start running. I'd stand pat for now, but if a speedster is available on the wire, I'd pick him up.
