I think some of you underestimate Hernandez unlike most people who just picked him up after his first start I actually drafted him. I know he is not going to keep up pitching at his current pace but I can see him maintaining an ERA under 4.00 for the remainder of the season. The reason why I think he will do good is his control, he walks very few batters which is why most pitchers get in trouble in the first place. The Royals are also keeping him on a strict pitch count which reduces the occurance of injury.
Another pitcher you might want to check out is Ricardo Rodriguez. If you can get past the fist pumping and wild gyrations he is also a good young pitcher.
Just my thoughts.
