I was wondering why Jason Schmidt didn't get a chance to pitch....

I'm pretty sure his team- SF Giants didn't want him to pitch for fear of injury. Funny how they let him pitch forever in their own games though. :-o

he pitched Sunday I believe and stated that he would not go unless the game went into extra innings.

Then why go at all? Coul've given the roster spot to someone else, who wanted to pitch.IMO

dude do u know how awesome it would be to just be close to all the MLB players, just to be close to festivites with ur little camquarter watching the derby go by- that would be an awesome two days
