How close is J.Julio to being dumped as CL??

OK, I checked out Ryan and the Os roster and stand corrected, there really is not an option that is much better than Julio. But I still maintain that he sucks, and his rookie year was an aberration, and that since then his performance is not a typical regression but what the baseline expectation should be. Seriously, check out his minor league number (I don't have them here), he was bad, and 2002 was the only decent season he has ever had in terms of WHIP and ERA.
