dumb trade

Desparate for saves, traded a top pitcher for Horacio Ramirez and Joe Borowski literally days before they both went on the DL. Haven't gotten one pitch out of ramirez.

well, in the fourth round of the draft i was torn between Richie Sexson and Miguel Tejada. I thought Tejada would have been the better value pick, but I already had Nomar, so I took Sexson, DOH!

Drafting Nomar and Boone as my first two picks. I knew there was someone else I wanted when time was running out for my first pick. I drafted Nomar rather than let the comp do it and who gets drafted right after my dumb pick? Vladi! I knew I was forgetting someone! Every time I see his stats on the year it hurts just a little bit more... :~(

I dropped Sheets & Carpenter @ the begining of the season. I had a final on draft night, so I had to go with the auto-pick. When I saw Sheets & Carpenter I dropped them like bad habits! I don't feel to bad about Carpenter, but Sheets is solid! I'm killing it in first, but I could be doing better.
