Biggest Mistake you made this year so Far?

Worst Move: I also picked up Sheets off the WW only to drop him a couple of weeks later for Francisco Rodriquez (I needed a backup for Cordero - or so I thought). I will say that I have had Sheets for two years previous, and I was thinking he was off to his same-old, same-old (ok, now I'm just sounding pathetic).

Best Move: Traded LoDuca for Sheffield straight up.

Traded Rolen, Shawn Green and Ugie for Wade Miller, Eric Chavez and Carl Crawford.

Thought it was a steal, taking advantage of Rolen... then two days later Chavez goes down. And as Chavez gets healthy, Miller goes down.

OH, and I was going to pick up V-mart and trade Posada, but I was too late...

I drafted Victor Martinez in the last round of my draft, only to cut him in the early weeks of the season.

Here's what happened: Mauer, my starting catcher, got hurt. I didn't trust starting Martinez, so I picked up Matheny as a replacement for Mauer. Because of other injuries (Pettitte and more) my roster was getting tight, and I couldn't afford to have three catchers. So, still thinking highly of Mauer's potential, I cut Victor.

D'oh!

Drafting Roy Halladay with pick number 13. I passed over Pedro b/c I was concerned about his velocity being down during the spring. My wins and K column are killing me right now...

I didn't even read all of these and I know I have the worst of them all. #1 priority in NL-only league and failed to pick up Mr. Carlos Beltran.

Reading this makes me feel a little better, but I really Messed up in my draft and it is too painful to think about.
This was my first year drafting so I was behind and it really showed. My knowledge has increased so much spending all this time in the Cafe and I have really been addicted to Fantasy Baseball.

Here are my Huge Mistakes:

Drafted Giambi in Round 3- yes its painful, dont know why I did it there were so many better players includign Tejada and Rolen, but I was that dumb.

Drafted Zito in Round 4- I could have Had Tejada again, but No I had to be dump and draft Zito. There were much better pitchers than Zito there too. Could have Had Hudson, Mulder, Oswalt and the Unit, But I thought that The Unit would get Hurt
I traded away zito though in a deal to get Schmidt who I could of had in round 2, but I chose to Draft Kerry Wood as my ace

Blalock was drafted in round 10 and I watied too long on him- I kpet saying, I'll get him next round. I ended up Taking Lowell instead.

Drafted Juan Pierre in round 6- Firs tperson to take a speed guy- I thought that Pierre would win me steals- Crawford went in round 10.

Drafted Borowski- when I could have had Benitez
I saw Benitez pitch for the Mets and I thought he was nothing Special.

I could have had such a great team and Could have won the league, but I was just so stupid on draft day. I imprved my team though by coming to the Cafe and I'm in 4th place now out of 10 teams.

Another regret so far was Trading A.J. Burntett for Fartolo Colon.- People here said that you have to do this deal.

I drafted a bunch of lousy set up guys in a league with no holds (Cormier, Timlin, R. Soriano) instead of going after guys like Kolb, Benitez, Mesa and Graves.
