the past few weeks i haven't been able to go to sleep- i have looked on the web, ask my friends- so i am asking you guys, (do you have any ways to go to sleep?
I've had trouble sleeping before and it always has to do with stress at work.
I always sleep well after playing hockey or soccer. Its the only non drug way that worked for me - exercise then fresh air and try to clear my head of things that are stressing me out.
ok, i will take all teh suggestions but the last one, i couldn't bring my self to go to a store and buy it plus, i don't really need it if you know what i mean
