Mid Season CHeckup...What do I need to do??

Ok, after the first half of the season, I am in 2nd place with 101 points .5 points behind the number 1 team. My team is below....What moves should I make if any to bolster my team? IT is a 12 team 6x6 roto league with walks and cg added

C-Kendal
1B-Delgado (just got back whoo hoo.. please play better)
2B-Soriano
SS-Jeter
3B-Ensberg
OF-Vlad, Crawford, Burrell
Utl-Bradley
BN-Harvey, N. Johnson, Burroughs

SP-Schmidt, Mussina, Beckett(DL), M. Morris, B. Webb, Pavano, Escobar, Pinerio

RP-Rivera, Julio, Urbina, Riske

I just got schmidt in a trade and I think I should trade some of my pitching, maybe Morris and a 3b for a better 3b? What do you guys think?

I was going to say, it's a great looking team, so deal from strength (pitching) to upgrade at 3B.

Morris might not be the most desirable guy to the other managers, though. I love the guy (I want him to come to Boston next year), but his first-half #s aren't that great. Might have to move another guy instead, if you want a good 3B.
