You heard it from the horse's mouth.......

"Jack, will you call me, if you're able?"
"I've got your phone number written, in the back of my Bible."

From Rotoworld:
Jose Reyes Latest News Jul. 12, 2004 - 11:40 am et
Jose Reyes did not start yesterday, and manager Art Howe said he will rest his second baseman often in the second half.
Howe was nervous about Reyes starting on a hot afternoon after a night game, after Reyes exerted himself by stealing two bases Saturday. His plan is to give Reyes a day off every 7-10 days, which is likely similar to the schedule he plans for Mike Piazza and maybe Cliff Floyd.

I think it's a good idea to sit Jose about once a week. It should help prevent inujuries and hopefully make him a better player when he does play. So check the boxscores before the game starts, to see if he's playing now and then.
