i mean they sghould win a few more games then they have, & its better than the Royals closer, but with the change in Manager will it be Valverde or Koplove ????

I have both & need to drop 1 so ill take educated guesses

I'm assuming as soon as Valverde comes back it'll be him. Of course, you know what happens when you ASS-U-ME!!!!!

Arizona and KC are the two closing situations that I'm not touching at the moment. I would hold onto Valverde if I had him (I don't), but I wouldn't think of owning Koplove or Nate Field or whoever is a temporary closer for each team.

It will be Valverde. He might be the Dbacks man of the future if Mantei is traded or signs with someone else, so they will be looking to get him experience.

Valverde doesn't have much to worry about as far as reclaiming his job is concerned. I do think Bruney could get a look later on. And in KC, I think they ought to try Bukvich, who has a chance to be pretty good if Pena (wow, how much has HIS managerial stock dropped in short order) gives him a chance.

BTW, Pena may be pretty awful. I liked the fire his team showed last year, but some of his strategy was out of left field. This year, the fire is gone but the curious maneuvers are still happening.

yep, Valverde's job is safe enough right for him to come back and then rack up a few saves, and then for you to quickly deal him away high cos of Bruney depending on the situation.
Manny Ramirez....$20 million
Pedro Martinez....$17.5 million
Curt Schilling...$12 million (and a $2 million bonus)
Never hearing a Yankee fan chant 1918 again...priceless.
