Yep, I saw him in a bunch of mix tapes playing streetball before he was in the NBA. Now he's a $30 Million man Is it just me, or are a lot of mediocre players gettting WAY too much money? ie: Mehmet Okur, Brian Skinner, Adonal Foyle, and Skip himself.
"Jack, will you call me, if you're able?"
"I've got your phone number written, in the back of my Bible."

I live in CT so Bobcats automatically became one of my favorite teams because of Okafor. I don't follow basketball closely but I'll be rooting for Charlotte alot.

It's official. Shaq has just been dealt to the heat. I guess this is going to be the start of Shaq going for 35-14-4 a night. The east has no body that can handle this guy day in day out.

your joking right? ....
They take half the damn league to the Playoffs .....
Lakers will def be in the playoffs next year. Its not like this is Chicago or anything were nobody wants to play here. Its still the "Marquee" team In basketball, and we can pretty much sign any Free agent we want ....

lol ,,
not make the playoffs .....
I'm not sure if you were being serious or not, but they can't sign ANY quality free agents. After they get Kobe, they'll have NO cap room for 2-3 years. Who's gonna defend Duncan and Garnett? Brian Grant? IF, and I still think that's a big if, they make it into the playoffs, they stand no chance in a 5 or 7 game series against any of the playoff teams in the West.
