WAGNER for WHAT?????

I need some POWER in my lineup.

I think I have enough depth to offer WAGNER.

what/who should i go for? I have been offered alou or mulder

out of those two , I'd take Mulder

Well first of all, if someone is foolish enough to give you Mulder for Wagner, take it without hesitation, as Mulder is so much more valuable and a top 10 starter. Alou is not worth it for Wagner, he is a marginal outfielder although he has been on fire so far. Once you get Mulder, you have more solid pitching that you can use to trade for better hitting.

If you turn around and trade Mulder, you should be able to get someone of the calibre of Piazza, Giles, Kent, Green, Thome or Manny Ramirez.
