Nobody you'd be interested in.

They have:
~Willie "I Suck and Always Will" Bloomquist (.236/.267/.306)

~Justin "I'm Not a Shortstop but I did Stay at a Holiday Inn last night" Leone (good AAA numbers but played mostly 3B)

~Ramon "They Traded Carlos Guillen for Me?" Santiago (.143/.280/.190)

~Jose "I've Made 13 Errors Already at AAA" Lopez (.279/.331/.502 at Tacoma), who is a terrible fielder and has played about half the time at 3B.
Roger Angell: I was talking with Bob Gibson and I said: 'Are you always this competitive?' He said: 'Oh, I think so. I got a three-year old daughter, and I've played about 500 games of tic-tac-toe with her and she hasn't beat me yet.'

Sounds like a trade could be in order. Or a veteran pickup.

Wow, back to the minors? He's come a long way since being an All-Star in '01

Yeah I do too, you know the Cubs are desperate if they're giving my boy Rey Ordonez some starts :-D

Sadly I see the Cubs making the mistake of getting him and thinking he is the answer. However, it is painful to watch Rey Rey hit and even field lately.
