HELP! Must drop two players by tuesday!

This is an 11-team 5x5 roto league. We can only make roster changes once a week on mondays. you have to make trades by friday if you want them to take effect for the next week's roster. i really didn't expect chavez and maggs to both come back this week. now i have to drop two of these players to make room for them:

I'm currently in second place but the gap between me and first is widening. i've been trying to improve my pitching numbers. i'm dead last in wins, near the bottom in WHIP, middle of the pack with sv, k, and era. I'm only in 2nd in runs, rbi, and avg, and middle of the pack in hr. i do own stolen bases, which is why i've been shopping podsednik. But he's too good to just outright drop. who should i eliminate? i'm thinking pitchers, then i could try to trade some of my excess outfielders for better pitchers.
