Helton is hurt. I saw his swings in the All Stare came and he was protecting.

Unfortunately, when an injury is described only as "soreness," it's very hard to judge how serious it might be. At the moment, though, I'd be inclined to go for Helton. It's hard to pass on one of the game's best hitters.
